These Terms govern your use of the Saudi Sketch website and services. Saudi Sketch is a trade name operating under True Line Est. (Commercial Registration No. 2050217825), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Saudi Sketch provides digital marketing, web design and development, branding, social media, creative media, AI automation and ERP/business solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a written proposal or quotation agreed between the parties.
Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on agreed milestones or delivery. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, access or approvals required to deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client, except third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins, platforms) which remain under their respective licenses. Saudi Sketch may display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. Saudi Sketch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta) or factors outside our control. Marketing results are not guaranteed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Eastern Province.
